My NBN has stopped working. What could be the reason?

We would check the lights on the NBN internal box; is the optic light green or red? If it’s red, it means there’s something wrong with the optical fibre path; if it’s green the fibre path is ok and it may be the modem or the connection to the modem. If there are no lights, the power may be off. If we can’t find a solution, we would then test from the customers’ end to ascertain if it’s a fault at the premise or in the network. If it’s in the network, it has to go back to your service provider/NBN; if it’s at the premises, we can repair it.

If the fault is in the carrier network, we can provide information to supply to your service provider to assist in a prompt repair. If the fault is at the premises, we can provide a solution to get your NBN up and running in no time.
